In response to a developer RFP issued by the San Francisco Port Commission, this conceptual proposal blends public shoreline access, historic preservation and interpretation, maritime industry, and creative expression.

The proposal would provide destination cultural facilities as well as public amenities to the historically underserved neighborhood of Dogpatch.
